Far East Organization (FEO) wanted to convert the old military barracks in Sentosa into a multi-development precinct covering lifestyle shops, food & beverage, hotels, and outdoor events like weddings and music festivals. They wanted a new identity and personality that conveys their many facets of offerings in this new and exciting development.
